Woodward Industrial Real Estate is a relatively new real estate office, having opened in 2002. It is based in St Marys. The agency was set up to specialize in commercial and industrial real estate sales, leasing and management.

The agency was opened by Peter Woodward, (a licensed Real Estate Agent), who has extensive experience in commercial real estate, especially in the St Marys district, where he has had real estate involvement since 1977. Prior to 1977, Peter was a survey draughtsman with the NSW Department of Mines and later a Title Administrator with large mining companies, where he was responsible for the maintenance of numerous mining leases and prospecting licenses and authorities.

Peter felt there was a need for a specialist industrial agent to service the St Marys industrial estates as well as the neighbouring industrial estates of Minchinbury, Mt Druitt, Glendenning, etc. and so decided to, “have a go” and open his own office.

The agency is only small but its size ensures that a client or customer can readily access the person with the experience and the one who is responsible for making the decisions. This may not always be the case with large “experienced” agents.

Since opening, contrary to intentions, the agency has developed an excellent management portfolio and has embraced property management. The agency uses the “Macpro” commercial management system; an excellent system providing a service which is second to none, and facilitating the development of the property management side of the business even further.
